NETWorks is a program for Southwestern Illinois College students who are enrolled in or considering enrollment in technical and vocational programs which lead to nontraditional careers. Southwestern Illinois College supports the idea that a career path should be chosen with an individual's interests, abilities, values, and experiences in mind. Neither females nor males should be limited to particular careers because of their gender.
